Thank you

After a slight delay due to snow, we made it safely back to the UK on Monday and are now with Carolyn’s family for Christmas. We’re enjoying the break – although after months on the road the strangest thing is going to be sleeping in the same bed for night after night.

Part One of our journey proved a wonderful experience – and seems to have also been very successful in raising greater awareness of ShelterBox. Plus some important extra funds.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making it all happen. That includes everyone who provided us with a bed for the night, extra calories for the journey, an opportunity to give a talk – and encouragement to help us on our way.

The response and support we got from the people we met along the way was what made the journey so worthwhile. So, our deepest thanks and our very best wishes for Christmas and 2011.
