Rest day

We’re in Kamloops having a welcome day off cycling after eight days on the road from Vancouver. We got a couple of articles in local papers here to tell people what we’re up to and are giving a presentation to a local Rotary club at 7am tomorrow.

Not so worried about the early start – the problem is the huge hill we’ve got to cycle up before the breakfast meeting!

On the other hand, we’ve got it easier than some. ShelterBox is currently delivering hundreds of boxes to flood victims in both Pakistan and Brazil. To read more about those deployments, click here.
