Listed below are talks and other events arranged so far in towns and cities along our route. (The dates/events in bold are fixed, while the ones in italics are provisional).

AUGUST
Wednesday 4th: arrive in Vancouver
Thursday 5th: presentation to Rotary Club of Tsawwassen.
Sunday 8th: ShelterBox display and ride launch outside Vancouver Art Gallery. A ShelterBox tent and other box contents will be on display from 9am to 5pm. We set off on the very first leg of our journey at 3pm – any fellow cyclists are welcome to join us.
Tuesday 17th: Talk to Kamloops Aurora Rotary Club
Wednesday 18th: BBQ at Ross Street Plaza, Salmon Arm, in aid of ShelterBox – organised by local Rotary Clubs. Followed by information stand at Farmers’ Market.
Tuesday 31st: Bike (and riders) on display at local High School, talk to Whitefish Rotary Club, display at Farmers’ Market.
SEPTEMBER
Thursday 2nd: visit to East Glacier Park Grade School – three lessons with students.
Tuesday 7th: Talk to Great Falls Rotary Club
Wednesday 8th: Talk to Great Falls branch of Business Networking International (BNI) and display outside Farmers’ Market.
Monday 13th: Visits to CR Anderson Middle and Capital High Schools in Helena. Presentation to 214 Scout Troop.
Tuesday 14th: Talks to Helena Sunrise and Townsend Rotary Clubs.
Thursday 16th: talk to assembly at Anderson School, Bozeman
Tuesday 21st: talk to Jackson Hole Supper Rotary Club
Wednesday 22nd: visit to Teton Valley Rotary Club and presentation to Journeys School, Jackson.
Monday 29th: meeting with members of Rock Springs Rotary Club.
Thursday 30th: visits to Mountain View Elementary and Rawlins High School, plus talk to Rawlins Rotary Club
OCTOBER
Sunday 3rd: ShelterBox display at Fairfield Hotel, Laramie
Tuesday 5th: presentation to Fort Collins Foothills Rotary Club
Wednesday 6th: ShelterBox display at Confluence Park, Denver.
Thursday 7th: Presentations to Denver South East (7.15am) and Coal Creek Rotary Clubs (noon)
Tuesday 12th: Talks to Carbon Valley Rotary Club (7am) and Breckenridge Rotary Club (11.45am). Visit to Summit Cove Elementary School and Rotary Community Dinner.
Wednesday 13th: Presentations to Boulder Flatirons (7am) and LoDo (noon) Rotary Clubs.
Thursday 14th: Presentations to four Rotary Clubs – Castle Pines (7am), Peak to Peak (noon), Fitzsimmons (4.30pm) and Broomfield (6.30pm).
Friday 15th: Presentations to Mead Rotary Club (7am) and University Hills Rotary Club (noon). Attend Oktoberfest fundraising event for ShelterBox organised by Boulder Rotary Club.
Sunday 16th: Brunch in aid of ShelterBox organised by Rotary Club of Colorado Springs North
Thursday 21st: Talk to Angel Fire Rotary Club, New Mexico.
Saturday 23rd: Meeting with members of Taos-Milagro Rotary Club
Tuesday 26th: Presentation to Espanola Rotary Club.
Wednesday 27th-Thursday 28th: Presentations to Santa Fe and Del Sur Rotary Clubs. ShelterBox display in Hilton Hotel, Santa Fe.
Saturday 30th: ShelterBox fundraising events and presentation at United World College organised by Rotaract Club and fundraising dinner organised by Las Vegas Rotary Club.
NOVEMBER
Wednesday 3rd: Radio interviews in Clovis and presentation to Portales Rotary Club
Friday 5th: Talk to Metropolitan Lubbock Rotary Club.
Saturday 6th: Display at Science Spectrum, Lubbock – supported by Metropolitan Lubbock Rotary Club
Monday 8th: Presentation to Post Elementary School.
Wednesday 10th: Talks to Abilene Wednesday Rotary Club and Venture Scouts at Abilene Christian University.
Thursday 11th: Presentation to Eastland Rotary Club
Friday 12th: Talk to pupils at Siebert Elementary School, Eastland
Tuesday 16th: Talk to Western Fort Worth Rotary Club
Wednesday 17th: Talks to Allen and Allen Sunrise Rotary clubs
